My profile has been rejected by Fiverr. I have no idea why. What exactly constitutes a high-quality service from a trustworthy source?

I'm going to delete my profile and account. My profile is still up. Even though disapproved. Do they think I'm a bot or something? If so, they don't bother to verify my identity. I just heard from someone who has used Fiverr that they got scammed out of $50 by a fake account. Better to do business elsewhere it sounds like.
