Reply to @kjblynx: Things that are against FB ToS are inherently against Fiverr ToS? Services violating ToS of another website cannot be offered on Fiverr? Can someone please point me in the direction of the ToS (the one that says what you are saying; not this one (http://www.fiverr.com/terms_of_service)), because there is nothing in that one that justifies what you are saying, so you must mean a different Fiverr ToS, which is why I am asking for a link - yes I read the ToS… The only thing even close to that, actually the only thing in Fiverr ToS that references another ToS is this, “Sellers advertising their Gig online must comply with laws and terms of service of the advertising platform or relevant website used to advertise. Failing to do so may result in removal of the Gig and may lead to the suspension of seller’s account.” Which is referring to the ToS of an advertising company or website, when you are using 3rd party platforms to advertise your gigs, but this has nothing to do with the ToS of companies related to the services offered in a Fiverr gig.



Sorry if I sound confrontational, but as far as I can see you are just saying [basically random] things are against the Fiverr ToS when it seems you have not as much as read them (since you are saying things are against the ToS that don’t seem to be), either that, or I am terribly mistaken [or bad at reading].
