PLEASE EXPLAIN ME THIS ?!

2 weeks ago i got my sale, and it was like 10 dollars sale, and everything went good he accepted order, and money was clearing, after week and a half or 2 weeks money from clearing just disapeared and cant see it anymore, and i dont have it in my balance or history of sales? Can somebody explain me what on the earth is going on with this site, cuz even supports can explain to me they are writing some stupid stuff to me on gmail..
