2. What are the pros and cons of using AI to generate videos for Fiverr gigs?
3. What advice would you give to sellers who are considering using AI to generate videos for their Fiverr gigs?

My answer:

1) No

2) Pros - it's a new style that people might like, it could be relatively simple to create once you have things set up

Cons - Copyright risk, inconsistencies between frames (including sort of flickering), might not be able to get it to create exactly what you & buyer want, could create inaccuracies, may take a long time to render or re-render (and cost to render, eg. electric, constant GPU use, fan noise). Ones without the copyright risk (eg. where they more than likely have all the rights to the training images) might get expensive.

3) Check existing gigs that offer it. Maybe get legal advice re: copyright (eg. with the lawsuits against Stablity AI, MidJourney), check their terms and Fiverr's. Check what software is best for the what you want to create.
