Not allowed. If it's a part of your services and you have mentioned it in the gig description and order requirements that email address is required then it can be shared via Order Page only.

But you should contact Fiverr Support and discuss with them. They'll guide you better but you'll have to follow their guidance/instructions else your account can get disabled.

As per the rules and guidelines, it's forbidden to share contact information such as gmail. If it's related to your service, you can contact Fiverr support regarding this.
