My all Gigs removed from our Search feature

i have got 3.5 rating in this order . And fiverr removed my all gigs from the Search feature due to poor performance.

this is not good . because of only one order fiverr can not effect my profile ..
please solve it . i need help
fiverr is only one income source of my income .

Unfortunately, even if one private negative review will affect your account badly. What you can do is to make your existed buyer happy to the work you provide.
