A Client has reached out to me .He sell disposable vape on Facebook Instagram and website. I have read the documentation on Facebook on Tobacco. I want to know is there any way to promote disposable vape through Facebook advertising.

This isn't a fiverr matter honestly, you need to check terms of services and ads policy for Facebook, typically this is not a problem to create such ads on this platform but may have some restrictions on FB and it can be different by targeted country, discuss this with your client before delivering your project.

My gig impression is not increasing I created the gig 2nd November till now the impression is 55 and 2 click. I have done SEO for the gig .So, What could be the problem?

You Can't Get Best Results With Only SEO , There Are Many Different Ways To Rank Your Gig And Get Potential Buyer.

You have just created your account. Your gig will be boosted temporary as you are new seller.

I think sending an email to Facebook can help you better understanding their promoting criteria
