GIG ACTIVATION

I WANT TO ACTIVATE MY GIG AFTER LONG TIME BUT I'M UNABLE TO ACTIVATE. THE ACTIVATE BUTTON IS SHOWING BUT IS TURNED GREY AND I CAN'T CLICK ON IT

Hi! Don't worry so much. Since you have not used your account for a long time, your account may have been freeze by fiverr community. The solution is to send a mail to fiverr community and hopefully they will take some initiative as quick as possible to solve your problem. thank you.

You could contact customer support at the the help desk to see if they can enable it/activate it.

Thanks for guiding, i contacted customer support and i came to know that i had not created my display name, so after i created my display name on my profile i was able to activate my gig. problem solved. thanks
