I'm a new seller on Fiverr. A few days ago I published my gig. But nowadays I  want to modify my gig description. but I could not. Now what I'm doing? how can I solve this problem please tell me

You should promote your gig where real opportunities exist. Not by spamming to groups for useless impression.

You just need to keep being awesome! I somehow made it through this update with a good set of stats so here are a few hints from a TRS:

• Respond quickly to customer enquiries, both before and during your order
• Be polite and courteous - I always message customers as soon as I see their order, thanking them and letting them know when to expect delivery.
• Under promise, over deliver. I throw in little perks that add extra value and increase satisfaction. I almost always deliver faster than my scheduled delivery time.
• Keep your pricing reasonable. Value is something that Fiverr measures. If the price you charge doesn't match the quality of your service your ratings will suffer. It's tempting in this day and age to follow the herd and put up your prices, but people on Fiverr want value for money (also, customers paying more have higher expectations and will likely be more critical if your service doesn't deliver on its promise!)
• Avoid cancellations at all costs.
• Remind customers to leave a review - When I deliver my orders, I include a message that asks customers to mark the order as complete and leave a review (even with this, less than 50% actually bother!). Whatever you do, do not attempt to shape their review.
• Respond to revisions positively and quickly. I don't offer revisions on my service but sometimes customers will have a question and use the revision option instead of chat. I always respond quickly and "deliver" the answer to their question as a document.
