I tried to withdraw using the bank transfer button to my payoneer account as I do all Fridays and I got an error saying to contact support. Then I noticed my balance was withdrawn and currently it is stuck in process. 

Customer support they new of an issue with payoneer and were working on a fix 

I am worried because I have not received any updates since Friday.
