Security question I did not set

Fiverr keeps asking me for answer to security question which I don't remember setting. I have tried every likely answer but it just seemed like a resounding proof that I did not set one. Could this actually happen?

You could contact Fiverr customer support at the helpdesk about it or support@fiverr.com

If you didn't set one you could make sure the request is coming from the actual Fiverr site (not some bad/malicious link).

I already did but they said there exists a security answer on my account.
