In the first few months I received many clicks and customers. I have billed up to $350. Now, however, I haven't had any customers or even a click for about 3 months!! I was thinking of promoting the Gig as Fiverr recommends but although it is specified how to do it, I can't find the option. Any help please?

Have you been promoted to level 2? if so then this is usual, new user are boosted by fiverr for a short time and you're not a new user anymore

Level 2 seller here! Same situation, low impressions and no clicks from past 6 months. Figuring out how to bounce back.
