Order completation/refund issues

I am the best guest post service provider. I got an order. Unfortunately, the buyer doesn't want to complete the order. Now, He wants to get back his money. I have questions about it.
If we cancel the order mutually, does It impact the order completion rate?
Hope I will get a decent solution from this forum.

mutually does not affect your states but check it with CS and make sure it still the same as two years ago.

This is a common thing happens with anyone so don't worry and agree on a mutual cancelling, just a question, did you deliver anything to the buyer?
