My presentation video for project sales is being removed all the time, all rights to the video and sound belong to me, I don't understand why it is being deleted all the time, where can I report this, I can't get any further with support, I only get automatic questions and answer

Have you tried to contact Fiverr Support via email: support@fiverr.com or opening a Ticket to them?
