External video calling not allowed in gig title

Hello. I'm recently a new seller and my first gig was flagged, telling me to remove the word s***e from the headline title. However, when I switch to buyer mode, I see many people with Sky*e or Zoom in their headlines (btw I'm selling English lessons). How else am I supposed to teach English lessons? Does Fiverr have their own video calling feature that I haven't seen?

The restriction seems to be in place owing to the fact that Fiverr doesn't allow communication outside of it's platform except in very specific cases.

Specifically:

Basics
Requesting or providing Email addresses, s***e/IM usernames, telephone numbers or any other personal contact details to communicate outside of Fiverr in order to circumvent or abuse the Fiverr messaging system or Fiverr platform is not permitted.

Also, when you keep your communication within Fiverr, you are protected by Fiverr in case if there are any disputes. 

My suggestion? Check out your competition and see how they're offering it, and avoid the words/communication modes that might lead to your gig being taken down.

Also, just because the gigs of certain sellers are live although it may not be a 100% compliant doesn't mean that it won't be taken down in the future. There have been numerous instances where certain gigs were live but were later taken down owing to non-compliance to terms.
