Account is being reviewed/Gig Was Removed

Greetings, respected member. Since May 2022, I have completed nine orders on Fiverr, and now have three (Active) in the queue. in total, twelve.

but all of a sudden, I got an email from fiverr

Your account is being reviewed and then second email Your Gig Was Removed

1. so all of my gigs were denied and How it will be opened?
2. Should I work on an active order? I am eligible for the amount if I finish these.
