Promoted gigs stopped

My gig were being promoted and they stopped their promotion due to quality problems. I already have all the values right, how do I get them to be promoted again?

Your question is already answered i.e. Quality Issue. It means you need to improve the quality of your services so work on it. You have received 3.7* review 3 months ago, that buyer might have given you not a good private review.. these are the reason of your promoted gig disqualification. You need to work on your communication skills as well (suggesting based on your review). Promoted gig will be back once you meet your additional metrics (most importantly, quality metric) till then wait for it.
