The Message "User can no longer be contacted. This will not affect your response rate."

This message is being displayed when I try to reply to user messages "User can no longer be contacted. This will not affect your response rate." May I know the reason behind this.

That person was sending spam messages and they are not a legit buyer. People reported them and now their account is removed.

fiverr blocked him/her, that's it

The screenshot indicates the user is attempting to communicate outside of Fiverr, which is against the TOS.

As the others said, that person was trying to spread spam or phishing links and got automatically blocked by Fiverr.

It has happened to me 2 times recently. In my case, they are offering me high price orders but they are not telling me the details of the project or their problems. They are sending a link and asking me to click on that link to see the project details. Their main motive is to lure me to click on that link. I found that user in my spam folder and checked those links. As expected, those are phishing links. I will thank Fiverr for detecting and blocking them immediately.

I will request everyone to scan the links on the VirusTotal website (https://www.virustotal.com/gui/home/url) once before clicking the link received from the buyer.
