tried twice to approve seller profile by following all the guidelines but still fiverr seller profile not approved, can anyone guide me?

It's because you are allowed to create 1 account as per Fiverr's TOS. If you try to create multiple accounts, all of them will get banned. So better to not try again. Your journey on Fiverr seems over. 😑
