Is the cancellation rate affecting your impression?

I'd like to double-check this.

My impression has been declining for a solid 2-3 weeks since my cancelation dropped below 90%.... then surprise, surprise, once the month reset and my rate returned to above 90%, my impression rocketed up again.

Has anyone else had this happen?
