Can anyone help me to how can I spread my gig?

I badly request Fiverr to please change back to their rating system. Most of the buyers especially new buyers getting confused as to which would be selected for proper ratting.

When we communicate with them, they tell us they are satisfied, but when it comes to rating they get confused.
