mgjohn78
Anywhere where you are well known and have loads of supporters would be a good place.Ways and places of promoting that have worked out for me were summed up in this post http://forum.fiverr.com/discussion/34534/gig-traffic-and-promotion-thoughts-tips-and-ideas
foundinmagazine
I would think anywhere you can get a link is a possitive move toward increasing visibilty and sales! You can also add gigs on feedia (it’s a dot us). I have added mine, and I seem to get some traffic from it.

majesticgoldenr
Blogs are great! You would not believe how many moms go blog hopping… I get a good 500 hits a day on mine. I recently had a giveaway with a Paypal cash giveaway and people seemed to love that.
freelancemm
I have had luck in the past simply staying active on some forums, spreading my SEO knowledge and users following me back simply through word of mouth from previous clients. Most of my orders simply come naturally as I do SEO on here. I figure the fact that I don’t actively market myself and still get orders kind of speaks for itself. So I guess the best methods for me are search engines, Fiverr itself, and misc. forums. You can always contact local blog/small business owners and ask them to share input about your page. The best success you’ll ever have is building up a loyal following and offering quality services.
