website designer Can I open multiple accounts from same Connection? for different service

I Have different types of devices. I provide web design and website maintenance services. I recently completed the Shopify dropshipping course, so I want to open another account from another device. but I have one connection in my home. 

is it allowed in Fiverr??

No, it's not.

Having more than one account is a violation of ToS.
