Does Fiverr scan client documents for malware?

I got a request from a client yesterday who just asked me what I thought about his proposal but he did not write the proposal. He instead attached a document for me to download. I checked his profile and he is a new user to Fiverr, so I did not download the document. Was that a mistake? Does Fiverr scan the docs so that you do not download a file that has a virus or bug in it?

Yes, Fiverr checked! However, you should use an antivirus before exploring the file too!

Sometimes there could be some type of macro Virus in Excel/Word documents too!
