Posted

On April 2023 I started my Fiverr journey. also, I got 8/9 order on Fiverr. All my clients are satisfied with my work they give me tips and also give me good feedback. But suddenly 1 month ago Fiverr took my account on review. still, they review my account. I mail many times for reason why they dos this. but they reply to the same message again and again. My client didn't report and I didn't do any work Fiverr against. so my question is how can I back my account? What can I do now? please suggest me😔

What is Fiverr's response to your questions? Normally they do provide a reason why.

Even if the reason is vague, at least that gives us some information to go off of to see why your account was flagged for review.

Check your inbox for any mail from Fiverr. They should state a reason for doing that.

What services were you providing? Just because other sellers were doing the same thing doesn't make it right. Also, there is a correct way to do business. How you were doing business might have triggered a review of your account (not necessarily the service you were providing).

I've seen several digital marketers come to the forum saying that they were shut down and flagged for review. Sometimes, they were falsely flagged (and Fiverr later reinstated their profiles). Other times, they were found making false promises  (such as sales and business growth), including links to websites not approved by Fiverr, using unapproved/copyrighted images, delivering empty orders (without attachments), or soliciting for positive reviews. There are more reasons, but those have been the main reasons that I've noticed.

There have also been accounts flagged for review because the buyers were leaving similar (or word for word) reviews as their previous reviews or a large number of orders was coming from one buyer.

I didn't copy any gig. also don't share any link numbers etc. so now my question is how can I back my account? any chance to get it back?

A lot of digital marketing gigs were removed because buyers were purchasing things with the promise of ranking and other things. Aside from being unethical to do that, most of these "results" were promised in months, well beyond the overall reviewing timeline on Fiverr. So even if some people left them a great review, in the end those sellers were removed because eventually people saw no results and they wanted their money back. So yeah, that might be a reason, maybe people reported you after a while to customer support. It's hard to say.

I assume it violated the terms of service of either YouTube or Facebook?

If that's the case, there you go. You violated third party terms and thus your gig can't be accessed on Fiverr anymore.

If you violated any Fiverr TOS, Fiverr has the right to give you a warning or suspend your account!

Did Fiverr Email inform you what rules you might break?
I'm sure they'll give you a hint about this, try to reach Fiverr if you are not sure about the reason!

I don't understand Because in their mail they say my service is violated but I know the same service gig is available in Fiverr. I am a digital marketer. So I do promotional work by Google ads. I didn't do anything wrong. I always maintain Fiverr terms.  what can I do now? I contacted Fiverr support they replied the same. they said we review your account. after 90 days I can get my result.

Here on September 3, you mentioned that you created your account 2 months ago. So probably sometime in June.

@ytspecialists, is this your account? If not, it has the same name as your current username: https://www.fiverr.com/shorts_

This account that @catwriter mentioned is oddly the exact same as your name and the services match as well.

Could be a sheer coincidence.
