Buyers Unable To Pay for Package(s) On My Gig

I have had several buyers try to purchase packages from me and they are running into issues saying the card will not go through.  So, they tried another seller and it did go through.  I'm loosing buyers because their cards will not go through!

Is there something on my end that is not allowing them to purchase?  I have had 1 purchase & that buyer is returning and is having this issue as well.

I have contacted Support and they are not helpful.
