I have created a new GIg and also published it, but when I do the search, my Gig does not appear in the search, what could be missing ?

Give it 2-3 days, it will be appeared on search results. Meanwhile, keep an eye on impressions and clicks that are they increasing or dropping with the passage of time. This will tell you the performance of your gig.
