Well yes,  You're copying a shutterstock image and casting it off as you're own 'unique' image.  More worryingly, your gig states that you offer full copyright on something that is already copyrighted???

I mean, the logos are cute, undoubtedly, but were they created by you? Based on what @brealssays, I don't think so. 

Logo designers don't just copy other people's work and sell it as theirs; they, you know....design.

Unless, of course, YOU created all of your examples and others uploaded onto shutterstock/etc. That could be possible, too I guess?
