Order submits without discussing

Most of buyers ,send order without discussing anything before.

they are send kind of huge job for cheap gigs.then they cancel them self and making negative feedback.

I already write on my profile "CONTACT ME, BEFORE YOU ORDER ANY GIGS."

how can I stop it???

You can’t stop it.



If they haven’t sent you enough information to work with, you can ask for clarification, and if they don’t respond in a timely manner, you can click on the cancel button and say something like “Sorry about this, but I really need this information before I can proceed with your order”. It will stop the clock until they respond (or will cancel the gig if they don’t respond within 2 days).

You have to say what you do for $5 in the description, make it clear.

Machan, you will have to be specific on your gig description.



For an example, one of your gigs mention “I will create your sketch or hand made design to above format” . But the client may have a sketch of a cube which is pretty simple and another client may have a sketch of a submarine, which I guess is pretty hard 🙂



So you can elaborate, a simple design like this and this will be one gig, a moderate design like this and this will be 2 gigs and for a design like this and this, contact me before ordering.
