That's not exactly how it works here...

Best route will be to negotiate with buyer concerning the order; see if you can still come to some sort of agreement.

Sometimes you might have to cancel the order. I know that hurts in more ways than one, still, that's how it is sometimes. Stay consistent and you'll get more anyways.

Try to solve the dispute. What does the buyer want? Can you fulfill their requirement? If not, cancel the order. If you already did the work and he tries to manipulate you for more work (free of charge), maybe going to customer support is the right approach. It depends on the situation.

However, I think the best and most professional approach is to be amiable and solve the issue. Cancellations/disputes will only bring problems.
