File Delivery Upload Problem

I faced an issue while trying to upload my files for delivery. Despite several attempts, I was unsuccessful. The file is reloading repeatedly.

Did you find the solution, I am very worried because of this problem, the file is re-uploading again and again but the process is not completing.

It can't be slow internet. I didn't have this problem until about 7-8 months ago. Same internet provider and my upload speed has even increased since then to 128 up. I'm a live streamer and if I can live stream at 1920 x 1080, 60fps, I should definitely be able to upload a 200 meg file.

Are you use wireless or ethernet?
