mf2693 Posted August 3, 2014 Share Posted August 3, 2014 I was contacted through message on Fiverr that I was paid for a gig, and asked if I received payment (they gave me job# and buyers name[2nd person], different from the person messaging[1st person]). I assured that the job request had been submitted. I was sent files through messaging by person 1 to do work for their client, person 2. The job still is incomplete because buyer (person 2) never sent anything for job. I feel I have been scammed, anyone ever have anything done to them like this? catwriter Posted August 3, 2014 Share Posted August 3, 2014 Maybe they’re clueless about how Fiverr works.You can tell person 1 that you can’t start working until person 2 sends the instructions through the gig page, because otherwise you simply have no means of delivering the work.
