People asking to communicate outside fiverr?

hi guys i have just recently joined fiverr and I am getting multiple offers for jobs from people messaging me asking for my email or for me to contact their project manager's telegram, what should i do in this case and is it okay to ask them nicely to keep the communication on fiverr icluding sending file etc?

i'm also receive the same message.  they are asking me to contact on telegram. is it a scamm?

It's a scam. Just mark them as spam and ignore them as much as you can but it does get annoying for sure.
