Access to functionality for Level 1

Hello, my account used to be level 2, but was downgraded to New seller, due to low activity. 2 days ago my account was upgraded to level 1, but I still can't promote my gig and clear my earnings earlier ( no waiting 14 days). It looks like I have not accessed the functionality for the first 1. How could this be solved?

To be sure you qualify and meet all the requirements for Level 1, please read the article about Achieving levels. Here you will find all the information you need.

Hey @shvets_v As far as I know, Promoted Gigs are not a feature of any specific Level. Promoted Gigs Feature are Provided to a few Sellers and they got Invited by Fiverr. Even Invited Sellers don't have option to Promote all Gigs, Some Gigs are Picked to be eligible for Promotion (Maybe on the Stats and Customer Satisfaction, not sure what is the Criteria but Certainly not Seller Level).


And About the 14 Days Clearance Period. Only Fiverr Top Rated Seller can get 7 Days Clearance Period. If you are on New Level or Level 1/2 then you will have to get yourself in Fiverr Seller Plus Program (Top Pack) to get the Payment cleared way sooner.

@bot_effects Thanks for the reply. But Promoted gigs and "fast clearance" were available to me when I was Level 1/2 before.  Maybe it's some kind of bug in Fiverr, because I just got the ability to promote my gigs, but "fast clearance" is still unavailable.

Maybe it was available on Fiverr Level 2 Earlier and Fiverr might have revoked it to Promote their Seller Plus Program. We don't know anything except that There is no Fast Clearance Option for Level 1/2 Sellers Right now.
