Why My Order completion Didn't Increase?

I have only 2 order mutual cancellation 1 month ago and my Order completion rate come 68 after that  I have completed more then 10+ order. Still now My score only 72 now. what Can I do now.

Hi @expert_worker20,

It can be really hard to increase your Order Completion Rate if you are not delivering many orders.

However, your Order Completion Rate is based on a rolling 60 days, so if you have no cancellations for 60 days, those two cancelations will drop off your record and your score will return to 100%. It looks like you are almost at the 60-day mark.

if you completed a few orders then it will update the next evaluation
