Why are my photos so blurry

Whenever I upload a photo to my gig they are always blurry. How can I fix that??

They'll look blurry on a PC when you are logged in and on the back end of your gigs or profile. Do they look blurry on your app or if you log out and view them?

Hii! Sorry for the late reply! (I got to a post limit!) I have gone to the app and I have the same problem. Logging out unfortunately doesn’t help either. (It might be better on an account besides my own?) I’ve tried getting the exact image size and it’s still blurry. Do you have any tips? Thanks for helping

I'm not sure what you mean by this. Are you following Fiverr's guidelines for image dimensions?

I also want to know that, my pdf file which is included with my gig, can not show this..please suggest to me what I can do.

@elizabuilds I've clicked through your images as well as some of the others that are advertised below your gigs and they all look the same to me--blurry. Maybe Fiverr has changed something on the backend of the site. Hopefully, someone else can help you more with this.

@ads_pro_popy You have to upload PDF's to the document--not image--section of the gallery.
