Can't rate/review a seller

I tried rating a seller after he completed the order. However, when I clicked the “Publish Review” button, the revolving circle just goes on indefinitely. I’ve tried submitting the review three times now, and it could not be completed. The last one has been revolving for an hour.

I had a buyer who had the same experience trying to rate me as a seller. Fiverr needs to make the rating system easy to understand and flawless. Otherwise what use is it.

Recently, it seems that Fiverr has been doing some work on the site that creates temporary bugs. Reading through the forums, one day everyone says the site is slow, another day, this or that isn’t working right. Yet nothing seems to persist.



You can try submitting the review again (if you haven’t already), or filing a report with Customer Support (the highlighted name is a hyperlink to the page). If nothing else, I hope you’ll send a message to the seller telling him/her what your review said!

Disabling Adblock and Abine finally did the trick. I think there are coding issues between the two extensions and Fiverr.
