I have had a buyer accidentally order the same gig twice from me in the past. I did a mutual cancellation right away. And today I was just browsing fiverr and I accidentally ordered a gig myself! Now if a seller does not have a balance or as a buyer only it has to go through to payment such as paypal or a credit card. It seems a way to prevent this in the future is to have a confirm button or something before an order goes through and withdraw from your balance.
