So, she said she will try to remove the negative feedback, but she doesn’t know how to remove it.Is there a way that I can send her a “Negative feedback cancellation request?” and all she needs to do is to click accept. thepromogirl Posted August 4, 2014 Share Posted August 4, 2014 No, she will have to replace it herself or she can contact Customer Service (by submitting a support ticket) and request they change it for her.However, she can replace it by going to the order and down to her feedback. In the bottom right corner on the feedback box will be a “remove/replace” option.
