What about adding a feature for uploading a temporary thumbnail to our gigs for promotion purposes? 
Let's say that we want to promote a deal for the upcoming holidays: instead of changing the video (because that's the one our customers always look at first), we could easily add a temporary extra-thumbnail (overriding the video thumbnail) that will last X days or will be automatically removed after X days OR will remove manually when we need to.
