Promoted Gig shown to the "wrong" Buyers

I run a hobby 3d printing Gig and can ONLY do 3d printing. I cannot do any 3d Design.

I did not manage to find any 3d printing Categories for my Gig to fit into, so i put it into "Graphics & Design" -> "Industrial and Product Design" -> "Rapid Prototyping".

I activated Promotion a couple months ago, with "Auto" budget, so i should be getting the best buyers possible for my Gig. Now, several issues arise, leading to me feeling like im wasting my Promotion Budget:

1. I keep getting contacted by Buyers who think i can design 3d models. I have written in the first line of my Gig, that i CANNOT do 3d design. Design also does not appear in my Gig Title, only 3d printing. Is my category the culprit?

2. I keep getting contacted by Buyers who are NOT the freaking EU. My Gig is registered in the EU, and US buyers constantly contact me for order i cannot fulfill, since the postage will destroy the cost for the buyer.

The Promotion feature is really limited and does not allow me to zero in on the target audience, so what can i do ? My CPC last month was 0,45usd, i have no idea if thats good or bad, but i feel like they are taking alot of money, to Promote my Gig to the wrong audience.

I have a question,

How do you 3D print without a 3D design also if you don't mind sharing how do you 3D printer or manually?

N.B: I'm not an expert on 3D printing, just curious.

People come to me with pre-made 3d models, and I print them 😎 I don't understand the last part of your question?

I'm not sure if there's any technical/skill-based aspect to printing a given model if yes then you can try sending Fiverr feedback to add this to their system.

I think this is the reason your promotions are not working,

The gig category/subcategory is different from what you provide and the system is promoting the wrong category/subcategory (Since there are none for 3D Printing).

If there are more sellers providing similar services you can study them and figure out a strategy.

Yes i use a 3d printer. And thanks for the rest of your suggestions, i have gotten my Gig moved to another category. Lets see how that goes.
