How can I increase my on-time delivery rate?

On time delivery rate in my profile is 75% because my buyer asked me to revise it.  I revised and sent him samples for checking.  He was traveling at that time.  So he couldn't check out and told me to check out late.  Later I delivered him his Kajot and he accepted the job with a 5 star review.
 But now my delivery rate is down to 75%.  How do I increase the delivery rate?
