I don't know if is a right section to post this problem

Is possible to request a refund for a order? I have a problem with a seller, i realized that is not capable of doing the job, and he continue to send me different work we agrred before.

If is possible, wich is the better or fast way to request a refund?

Look for resolution center in the order page.

How can i solve the problem? The seller continue to send wrong project (a word file without any text...)
Is not right that i have to pay a disonest seller...

Hi, unfortunately there's nt the request button, but only "ask seller to cancel the order".

There's other method to request refund? The seller don t reply...

You will get a refund after cancelling the order.

In that case, Contact support and they will check everything and if what you’re saying is true, they will cancel and give you the refund.

What can we do if they do not deliver the work we have requested?
