First, check all steps. if you face any issues then  you see a red color alert messages read them carefully
 Still, If you do not understand  take a screenshot and get to Fiverr support to explain too clearly

Has your WP form been approved yet? If not, the publish button will be grayed out. I set up my Gig before you joined (end of September) and my WP is STILL not approved, so my button is STILL grayed out. Apparently the approval process around here is extremely slooooow.
