Do people with warnings ever get seller levels?

Hi i started fiverr a month ago and it may be surprising that i got 2 warnings in just 1 month due to some things i didnt know about fiverr and partially because i was being impatient. Now i wanted to ask that can i still get levels on fiverr after warnings and can fiverr team still handipick me?
