navin9949
I dont know where it should be post. Actually I wanted to confess my wrong behavior when I was lastly interacting with my first client. I gave him my personal details. Right now, I become aware that this is illegal in Fiverr.com. I felt sorry about it. I wanted to contact with fiverr.com but I did not find any “CONTACT US” type thing, so I posted it here. I am very sorry for this conduct as I am new here… and confessing it. I think, it is satisfactory behavior from my side. Suggest me, what should I do to correct this thing. Thanks

celticmoon
The most important thing is not taking your transaction off-site. If you and the buyer exchanged personal contact information AFTER the sale, I’m not sure that much will be done about it-maybe a verbal warning not to do it again.Usually the Fiverr software catches that kind of exchange, and if they do, the punishment is to demote you to a lower level, or no level. If you’re already at no level, I’m not sure what they do; perhaps suspend your account, your ability to use the email system or answer buyer requests, maybe. For a first offense, this punishment usually lasts 4 to 6 weeks. If it happens a second time, your account gets closed.
