I clicked on publish Gig, but there is no signal!!, Now what do I have to do to make my gig publicly published to customers, now my gig is only saved and in the draft folder...

Just press save or publish gig button , your gig will be live , check in active gigs section

If the gig is in the draft folder edit the gig from that folder and publish. Try deleting the cache from the browser and publishing the gig.
