I got Tos warning, Saying i generated fake order, but infact it was not

I got a client on whatsapp who does not know about fiverr. i ask him to join fiverr in order to ensure my payment. he joined and ordered me for 35 dollars. but did not provide information, as he does not know how does fiverr work. i also just want to hurry things as details were shared on whatsapp. i started and completed it and submitted it. but i got tos warning i got fake ratings. what should i do?

You have to be careful about this. You shared all the info on WhatsApp and completed your order on Fiver.

You need to do all communications and payments through Fiver.  
also, you can ask Fiver and this warning.

You opened a ticket, wait and see what the CS has to say. Maybe the system detected that one user made 2 identical reviews on your profile. I see that you had violations before - fake photo etc. Also, you could improve your on-time delivery, so you can get back to level 1.

Hi, Milos Siena. thank you for your response. When i Started it i didnt knew things. i made mistake by not using my own picture. but this one added by default, i want to protect my account. Warning i got before the Second order of my client. he wants 3rd order too, What should i do or refuse him? Should i ask my client to change his review which is same as twice? what if he does not change it? and yes i opened ticket. i got same response that i mentioned earlier

Accept the order. Just tell him that he doesn't use the exact same phrase IF he wants to leave a comment, because that might give you another warning. And please, no outside Fiverr communication, since he is now present on Fiverr.
