Revenue withdrawing problem trough paypal

Hi ! I tried to withdraw my revenues to paypal for the first time and it doesn’t let me to add paypal email , it says that a "verification email was sent to the email address you provided on PayPal.

Please check your email and follow the instructions."

as i remember i didn’t linked a paypal account for my account.

so in this situation how am i suppose to link my paypal email to this account ??
