I would suggest you first to change your English skills into a basic. 

You offer a service related to Data entry. There are +60K data entry gigs on Fiverr. I saw you have learned about science and pharmaceutical areas. So why not using that skills and offer a services related to what you have learned? It's just a suggestion.

as you send the link of the gig the sellers from the forum will click and then your gigs impression and click will increase but you will not get the order . so end of the day it will impact on your gig performance by not getting orders. this is the thing i understand , by the way let me check the gig.

there is no problem by serving multiple services in the same profile.

Yes, it's possible. Just be consistent and make sure the service is in high demand but low competition.

English is fluent, other languages are conversational, meaning I can carry on a conversation but not fluent or speaking.

Nobody believes you. The good/better buyers will not fall for your trap and will choose sellers who are honest. The chance that you will get a Dutch speaking customer is almost non-existent.
